(This is my 5th year of serving AFA cadets and families. I'm a 1986 USAFA GRAD...Red Tag Class as well!)

ACCEPTANCE DAY "PIZZA Only" Care Package INSTRUCTIONS:
Parents, I will deliver on August 4th from 10:45 to 11:00am AFTER the Parade. It will only take about 5 minutes to get your order from me (A LOT shorter than other venues) and then you are free to enjoy the extra time with your son/daugther and family/friends. EMAIL me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to reserve room in my Delivery Van. I can deliver Large PIZZAS from Pizza Hut, our FAMOUS HOMEMADE BROWNIES and Water or Blue/Purple Gatorade only ( It helps us with the delivery AND most cadets and families want Water or Gatorade to HYDRATE that day...very important here)!
I will need to know:
1. Your Name, Address, Email address
2. Cell Phone Number
3. How many Pizzas and what toppings
4. How many orders of Brownies (1 Order feeds 4-5 normal people...or 2-3 cadets! :o)
5. How many Waters or Gatorades you'll need
How do you send me this information?
Easy...click on my "Needed Info Before Order" page to the left...and fill out as much Info as you can...Your Name, address, phone, etc... then YOU TYPE ALL ORDER DETAILS in the "Mitch's Reprieve Order" box and/or the "ANY other ORDER DETAILS" box. After the entire form is filled out, Click "Send" ONCE at the bottom of the form, and I'll instantly receive all your info in an email! (By the way, on the form for "Cadet Class", your cadet will be a C4C (Cadet Fourth Class) on August 4th..he/she is a Basic Cadet now. For "Cadet Squadron", just type his/her Basic Squadron if you know it or their Academic year squadron...which will be somewhere between 1 and 40. AND please don't worry about the "cadet cell phone" box unless you know what it will be when they are authorized to use them on the weekends...no worries if you don't know it. How much will it cost?
Good question...it depends on how much food you order. I did not retire from the AF. I'm a high school teacher and run this part-time, so I have to make a profit to stay in business. Van, gas, cost of food, supplies, etc... I supply plates, plastic forks, and napkins too. If you order 2 Large pizzas, 1 Homemade brownie order, and 4 drinks, it will be $59.99 for this premium delivery service. If you order more, I will add it up, email you a price, and we can go from there. (Someone asked how much for 10 pizzas, 4 brownie orders and 10 drinks? That would be about $170.00. I adjust the price on A-DAY based on what parents want...please contact me for a price based on what you'd like.) I can order for you once we agree on a price, or I'll let you know how to order it online. Please coordinate the price with me BEFORE you order on my site. Thanks!
Where will we meet you?
I will meet you (sunglasses, brown hair, 5' 11", not as handsome as when I was a cadet...Red Hat with a Grey "CadetCarePackages.com" T-Shirt on) AFTER the Parade in the CLOSEST Parking Lot on the EAST side of the Cadet Field House...Looking at the FRONT of the Field House...it is to your RIGHT. I arrive between 7:00-7:30AM to get a good parking spot. (I attend the parade for awhile until I need to leave and wrap up the delivery details). There is a grassy area between the upper parking lot beside the Field House and the lower parking lot...just EAST of the Field House. I will be standing there, again with my red hat and Grey T-shirt with "CadetCarePackages.com" on them between 10:30 and 10:45AM...so make your way to that area after the parade and shoulder-board ceremony! (If it rains...no worries, I will still deliver, and you and your cadet will still need to eat!)
AFTER the Parade!
The USAFA buses drop you off in front of the Field House after the parade. I recommend taking the buses...it is normally hot and the altitude is tough. Your cadet will thank you too. Once you depart the bus, take a right, walk to the first grassy area between the upper and lower parking lots, and you'll see me. (Or call my cell phone...719-659-1525 if you don't.) My Silver delivery van will pull up at 10:45 with your delicious food.

My first REGULAR delivery night will be after their FIRST DAY of academic classes, Thursday August 5th. (Then Sunday August 8th and Wednesday August 11th) I have done this for 4 years, so I know how to contact them if you will fill out my "Needed Info Before Order" form on this website...see page to your left! Much more info below... For Doolie parents, your cadet's PROBABLE email address (which they'll get the first week of August!) will be:

Welcome 2014 Parents and welcome back Parents of Upperclassmen! I was able to stay in business again this year due in large part to many of you who signed up for my "Monthly Care Package Plan". My Care Packages and Prices are located on my "Order Here" page to the left. ALL my fresh packages are hand-delivered to your cadet with a note from you inside...NONE are shipped to them or you...therefore, no shipping costs!
PLEASE consider signing up again for my Monthly Plan...2014 parents too. It is EASY! All you do is fill out my "Needed Info Before Order" form ONCE, tell me in the Comments that you want your son/daughter to be a "Monthly" recipient of the BEST food and most delicious Homemade Brownies in Colorado, and I'll take care of the rest (some are Bi-Monthly...I've even had TWO Every week recipients in my FOUR years of serving cadets!). The "rest" involves you calling me ONCE and giving me your credit card information, then I order your care package for your cadet on the same Sunday or Wednesday (1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th) of the month (You choose)...then I email you a receipt each month. Yes, check out my MENU page for the "Mitch's Reprieve" and tell me what your cadet wants for a particular month...and you can change your order any month, any order, with a simple email a few days before the scheduled delivery. Some parents email me a menu for each month for their cadet and that is VERY helpful...again, you can change, update, cancel (you won't after you hear how much your cadet LOVES my food!), or modify your order at any time!
This year, I will primarily deliver on Sunday and Wednesday nights, except during the first week of classes &
Finals Week when I add a few more deliveries!
